Shipping Policy

All UK customers will receive their shipment directly from our warehouse in Berkshire or London. We charge a £24.90 door to door delivery fee. ​If you're based in the UK, you also have the option to collect your e-bike directly from our warehouse free of charge. You can contact us to schedule this. Shipping fee does not have to be paid initially but at the time of shipping the bikes, usually in 2-4 days once your order is confirmed.

We aim to avoid imposing any additional costs on our international customers. Other taxes like VAT etc. are already included in the price of your e-bike, so there are no surprise charges upon delivery.

We strive to make shipping as affordable as possible for our customers by partially covering the cost of delivery on your behalf. This helps us keep the overall subscription price of your e-bike as low as possible, without compromising on service.

We make every effort to ship orders within 48–72 hours of receiving payment, provided the bikes are in stock. We strongly recommend confirming stock availability with us before placing your order to avoid any inconvenience. Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive a confirmation email, and we will also reach out to you beforehand to confirm your availability for delivery.

Please note that any cancellations or refunds (after placing the order) done back to the customer will not include the payment processing fees incurred at the time of purchase. For UK-based buyers, it is usually around 1.9%. These payment processing charges will be deducted from any cancellation or refund amount since the payment processors deduct this amount.
